Please find a Registration form attached to this e-mail. The registration fee for this conference is $80. The registration fee for students is $50. Please register by October 1st. Late registration will be $100.
The registration fee includes the Friday reception, Saturday lunch, and the Saturday reception/banquet.
The conference will be hosted on the Boise State University campus:
1910 University Drive, Boise, Idaho 83725
Some social events may occur off-campus, but are within a short walking distance. Free shuttle service is available for those desiring a ride to those locations.
